Built in 1966, the Evry-Corbeil plant spans 72 hectares (178 acres) and counts nearly 3,500 employees. This site houses the Military Engine Division, in charge of program management, engine sales and support, the plant management office, the quality and production departments and the company’s information systems, training, purchasing and accounting departments.
Expertise
Evry-Corbeil offers a workshop covering some 88,000 square meters (over 950,000 sq ft), with more than 1,000 machine tools, including 600 NC (numerical control). It deploys advanced technologies such as inertial friction welding, electrochemical milling, laser cutting, drilling and welding, robotic welding and trimming, shot peening, plasma projection and machining of integrally bladed disks (“blisks”).
