Opened in 1990, Snecma’s Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines plant (near Paris) is dedicated to the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of commercial aircraft engines.

The plant’s 700 employees, specialists in the CFM56 engine family, focus on optimizing shop visits to meet customer requirements. Saint-Quentin has more certificates awarded by civil aviation authorities than any other MRO center in the world, plus a broad range of experience, from the first CFM56-2 to the latest “Tech Insertion” version, which it was the first facility to service.

In addition to CFM56 engines, the Saint-Quentin plant also works on compressors for the large turbofans GE90 and GP7200, and the new SaM146 regional jet engine. It also deploys a repair line for CFM56 fan blades.
