Ceramic Coating Center
Ceramic Coating Center, a joint venture between Snecma and MTU Aero Engines of Germany, is specialized in ceramic coatings for aircraft parts. Located near the Châtellerault plant, it handles parts for the CFM56, the M88-2 which powers the Rafale fighter, and turbines on the TP400 turboprop that powers the A400 military transport, as well as parts made by MTU for the General Electric CF6, LM6000 and GP7200.
